Lightning Cat VPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts internet traffic and enhances user privacy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Accounts

• You must create an account to use certain features of our Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to share your account with others or engage in unauthorized use.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payment

Our Service operates on a subscription basis with Basic and Premium plans. Payments are processed via Stripe, and your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued except as required by law.

5. Prohibited Activities

When using our Service, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized activities.
• Violate any applicable laws, including copyright, trademark, or data privacy laws.
• Engage in hacking, DDoS attacks, or spreading malware.
• Bypass geographic restrictions or engage in unauthorized access to networks.

7. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our VPN service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue our Service at any time without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lightning Cat VPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Informal Negotiations: Before arbitration, both parties will attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations for at least 30 days.
• Arbitration: If a resolution is not reached, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Singapore, conducted in English, under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
• Class Action Waiver: Disputes must be resolved on an individual basis; class action lawsuits are not permitted.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
